Accreditation in Workplace Training Improves Job Prospects

Employers are continuing to seek trainers and instructional designers with Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. The Certificate is increasingly seen as a standard prerequisite for training roles as it offers a practical understanding of adult learning in the workplace. In fact, it's a mandatory requirement for many government roles.

Anyone interested in gaining Certificate IV may be interested in the course available through Blended Learning International. They are offering a concise and flexible course involving 4 face-to-face full day sessions spanning 12 weeks.

The course commences in 6 weeks and is available in Canberra or Sydney. Your qualification will be nationally accredited through the Australian Quality Training Framework.
