ABout TechWriter
Our History
TechWriter was founded in 1992 by a Technical Writer, Michael Cumberworth. Michael understood that to create effective documents you need a skilled specialist. He discovered that few employers could identify the skills they required of a specialist and even fewer knew where to find them. So TechWriter was designed to find the specialists for them.
Recently we have responded to an increasing desire by our clients to upskill their own staff rather than rely on external contractors. As a result, we now offer a range of public training courses and customised programs that include a mixture of small group workshops and one-on-one mentoring.
The latest addition to our portfolio is documentation consulting services, helping clients create clear, concise and correct documents.
