Job search assistance

Looking for a new job can take a lot of time and energy. Often it's difficult to find out what happens after you send your resume to an agent or to get feedback that helps. We can offer you help along the way and are committed to offering you excellent service.

Before we present you to a client, we consider your resume, work preferences and other information you provided. We seek your approval and agree on a rate before submitting your resume.

When we present you to a client

• We provide relevant information about the position to enable you to better prepare your application.
• We only present you for jobs for which you are suitable.
• We only present you when we believe you have a good chance of success.

If you want to know why you weren't presented for a role, we're happy to explain.

Resume and interview advice

Read our Job Search Advice and register with us. Once we receive your details we'll be happy to discuss your resume with you to maximise your marketability.

During the job search process, we also help you understand the client's decisions by seeking and passing on feedback on your resume or interview performance.

Contract management

When you secure a contract position through us, you are offered a fair competitive rate that is determined by:

• our discussions with you
• the market information we have gathered
• the client's budget.

You are paid on time regardless of any cash-flow problems the client may be experiencing. We also look after the necessary insurances.

Throughout your assignment we maintain contact with you and your manager to see how the role is progressing. Towards the end of the contract, in consultation with you, we may work to negotiate a renewal.

Permanent placements

When you start a permanent position, we gain initial feedback from your manager and contact you to ensure you have adequate support for your transition to the new role. We can advise you on any employment issues that may arise in the first three months.
