Quick and Easy Contracting

Choose the level of person you require from our standard list and we will send you 2-3 resumes of qualified and available people from our database.
Your fee includes the resumes and two references, liaison to arrange interviews, and other administration such as communication to unsuccessful applicants etc.

All this for a one off charge of $750 (inc GST)*.

Active search and shortlist Engage us to produce a shortlist of suitable candidates for you. This involves assistance in creating the job brief, use of a variety of searching methods including advertising, reviewing and assessing resumes to produce a short list for your consideration. Cost: $1650 (inc GST)* We utilise our relationships with specialists,our comprehensive database, advertising and wide-ranging networks to provide a superior selection of documentation specialists. Your shortlist only includes candidates appropriate for your role and team. You can then use your own assessment process or add on our Candidate Assessment service. Candidate Assessment Found a person you are thinking of hiring or have a short list? Use our expertise to assess one or more candidates and provide a report on their suitability. Payroll service

You don't need to add people to your payroll, pay superannuation, extra payroll tax and insurances. With our contracting service we take care of all the hassle for you.

We can provide an online timesheeting system or use your process. We pay the contractor fortnightly, manage PAYG withholding tax, superannuation payments and statutory charges such as payroll tax and workers compensation insurance (white collar only).

Using the signed timesheets as proof of work, we invoice you according to your supplier cycle.

Cost: our fee of 7% of the base salary paid to contractor (capped at $40 per day) + statutory costs (superannuation, payroll tax and insurances). Contact us for a fixed rate quote if you have more than 5 contractors to payroll.

Small jobs

We can get a qualified specialist to take a look at the work and provide an estimate of the time and cost involved. If you're happy to go ahead, they can jump in and do the work for you. To cover our setup costs, there is a minimum charge of $1200 for the first job*.

* Our fixed price fees are payable upfront via direct debit or credit card.
